Please choose the date and time that best suits you. The times listed below are a general guide, as schedules may vary depending on specific needs and circumstances. If you’re available, you may also choose to assist us across the two dates, but this is entirely optional and based on your preference.

Saturday, 29 March – 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM (3 hours)

Sunday, 30 March – 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM (5 hours)

Sunday, 30 March – 2:30 PM - 7:30 PM (5 hours)

Sunday, 30 March – 7:30 PM - 11:00 PM (3.5 hours)

By submitting this form, you agree to commit to the shift(s) you select. If you are unable to attend, you must notify us at least two (2) days in advance. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may impact your eligibility for future events. Eligibility: Participants must be eighteen (18) years or older to join the festival team. Behaviour and Expectations: Volunteers are expected to be respectful, professional, and adhere to festival guidelines. You are required to follow all safety instructions and event protocols as provided by our event coordinators. Indemnity and Liability: By submitting this form, you acknowledge that you voluntarily participate in the festival and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organisers, staff, and partners from any liability, loss, or damage arising from your participation in the event.
